Content & Media (Restaurants)

Product details can be added (descriptive texts, images, etc.) in order to be displayed on the guest facing aspects of Triparound.

Refers to important information that is required in order to generate the creative presentation of the restaurant. Certain data inserted in this section will appear on guest facing elements (widget, Guest App) and on the “Preview” function of the dashboard BOOK NOW.

1. Presentation

Presentation consists of numerous fields that can be populated with helpful information pertaining to a specific restaurant.

To populate these fields, select a specific restaurant and navigate to

Content & Media > Presentation.


Brief Description

Description:

This is a short summary to help customers quickly understand the offerings of a restaurant.

Display:

The information inserted will appear:

  • on the widget in instances where the restaurant is part of a multi-product widget

  • on the Guest App (in the booking)

  • on the dashboard BOOK NOW (in the “Preview” function)

Implementation:

Enter the required information in the designated field.

Notes:

  • The text inserted can be up to 150 characters long (including spaces).

  • In order to avoid formatting problems, text pasted into the field must be inserted using the “Paste as Plain Text” function.


Advertised Price

Description:

Refers to the price at which the restaurant is marketed or promoted.

Display:

The information inserted will appear:

  • on the Widget

  • on the dashboard BOOK NOW (in the “Preview” function)

Implementation:

Enter the required information in the designated field.

Notes:

  • A numeric value or/and text can be entered.

  • This is the ‘FROM’ price that will appear when linking to the experience. It is a good marketing practice for this field to be the lowest price available for the experience.


Advertised Duration

Description:

Refers to the duration at which the restaurant is marketed or promoted.

Display:

The information inserted will appear:

  • on the Widget

  • on the dashboard BOOK NOW (in the “Preview” function)

Implementation:

Enter the required information in the designated field.

Note:

  • A numeric value or/and text can be entered.


Thematic Tourism

Description:

Refers to several themes that can be selected as tags to describe a restaurant.

Usability:

The specific selections enhance the experience in SEO.

Implementation:

Select themes for the restaurant from the available options.


Order

Description:

Determines the sequence in which a specific restaurant appears on the widget.

Usability:

The order applied helps the Business prioritize specific restaurants over other ones.

Implementation:

Enter the order in which the restaurant will appear on the widget.

Notes:

  • Lower numbers appear first.

  • Zero can be used for ordering.

  • If no order has been applied to specific restaurants, these will be displayed on the top of the list.

  • If multiple restaurants have the same order, they are shown as 112233.


Menu

Description:

Refers to the list of food and beverage items offered for sale, usually including descriptions, prices and categories to help customers make their selections.

Usability:

The information inserted will appear in the notification email sent to the customer.

Implementation:

Insert the restaurant’s menu link.


Long Description

Description:

Refers to a detailed overview of the restaurant, describing what guests can expect, including highlights, duration, location and unique aspects of the restaurant.

Display:

The information inserted will appear:

  • on the Widget

  • on the Guest App (in the booking)

  • on the dashboard BOOK NOW (in the “Preview” function)

Implementation:

Enter the required information in the designated field.

Notes:

  • The text inserted can be up to 500 characters long (including spaces).

  • To avoid formatting problems, text pasted into the field must be inserted using the “Paste as Plain Text” function.


Payment Info

Description:

This section provides information pertaining to the payment of the restaurant (e.g., payment methods, billing details etc.).

Display:

The information inserted will appear:

  • on the Widget

  • on the Guest App (in the booking)

Implementation:

Enter the required information in the designated field.

Notes:

  • The text inserted can be up to 500 characters long (including spaces).

  • In order to avoid formatting problems, text pasted into the field must be inserted using the “Paste as Plain Text” function.


2. Media

Refers to the images that can be associated with a specific restaurant.

To load photos in dashboard, select a specific restaurant and navigate to Content & Media > Media.


Gallery

Description:

This is the field where the images that can be associated with a specific restaurant can be logged.

Display:

The images inserted will appear as an image carousel:

  • on the Widget

  • on the Guest App (in the booking)

  • on the dashboard BOOK NOW (in the “Preview” function)

Display on widget:

Implementation:

Drop images of the restaurant in the designated field or click in the empty area to upload.

Notes:

  • Allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, png, svg

  • Maximum upload file size: 1 MB

  • Recommended size (in pixels): 750 x 440


Once you have configured the Content & Media section, you can move on to the Settings & Policies.
