Content & Media refers to important information that is required in order to generate the creative presentation of the product. Certain data inserted in this section will appear on Guest Facing elements (widget, Guest App) and on the “Preview” function of the dashboard BOOK NOW.

1. Presentation
In order for the information inserted in the Presentation to be displayed on the widget at the View Details section, the appropriate option needs to be enabled. To do so, proceed to the Settings & Policies > Bookings section and if necessary enable the Show product details on widget option.
Brief Description: Enter a short description of the experience.
Usability/Display: The information inserted will appear on the widget in instances where the product is part of a "Product Category", on the Guest App and on the“Preview” function of the dashboard BOOK NOW.
Note: In order to avoid formatting problems, text pasted into the field must be inserted using the “Paste as Plain Text” function. It can be up to 500 characters long.
Advertised Price: Enter the advertised price of the experience. A numeric value or/and text can be entered.
Note: This is the ‘FROM’ price that will appear when linking to the experience. It is a good marketing practice for this field to be the lowest price available for the experience.
Usability/Display: The information inserted will appear on the widget at the “View Details” section and on the “Preview” function of the dashboard BOOK NOW.
Advertised Duration: Enter the duration of the experience. A numeric value or/and text can be entered.

Thematic Tourism: Select tags for the experience from the available options.
Note: Tags can help the experience in SEO.
Order: Enter the order in which the experience will appear on the widget in instances where the product is part of a “Product Category”.
Menu: Insert the restaurant’s menu link.
Usability/Display: The information inserted will appear in the notification email sent to the customer.
Long Description: Enter a detailed description of the product.
Usability/Display: The information inserted will appear on the widget at the “View Details” section, on the Guest App and on the “Preview” function of the dashboard BOOK NOW.

Payment Info: Enter any additional information required for the payment of the experience.

2. Media
Refers to the images that can be associated with a specific product.
Media images appear on the widget, on the Guest App and on the “Preview” function of the dashboard BOOK NOW.
Gallery: Drop an image of the product or click in the empty area to upload.
Allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, png, svg
Maximum upload file size: 1 MB
Recommended size (in pixels): 1200 x 700
Usability/Display: The gallery image appears on the widget, on the Guest App and on the “Preview” function of the dashboard BOOK NOW.
Cover: Drop an image of the product or click in the empty area to upload.
Allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, png, svg
Maximum upload file size: 1 MB
Recommended size (in pixels): 1920 x 600
Usability/Display: If the PMS integration has been activated and the guest validation on the widget has been enabled, then the cover image appears on the widget's guest validation page.
