A product package deal is a combination of products, typically sold separately, but marketed by the business as a single product.
Example: The business sells a package named "Anniversary Package", which includes the following services: Couples Massage Therapy, Romantic Room Decoration, Private Dinner, Anniversary Cake & Sparkling Wine.
How to Set Up
1. Create a Separate Product for the Package
Create a new product with the following:
A generic Schedule where customers can choose a slot and proceed to complete the booking request.
A Content & Media page that includes all the different components of this package deal.
A Price equal to the total cost of the package deal.
The customer can also pay online for this package If online payments are enabled. Learn more about enabling online payments here.
Update the product's Bookings settings:
Adjust the Booking Model as needed.
If multiple bookings are required to facilitate the necessary number of sessions for this "package" product, and only if no other products related to the package are logged separately, activate the corresponding functionality.
Example: Package of 10 fitness sessions for β¬500.
Update the product's Notifications settings.
2. Handling Booking Requests
Once a booking request is submitted, the team(s) responsible are notified via email, or by visiting the Bookings page to see and handle the new request.
