​The Booking Button refers to the code of the Book Now button for a specific product or category. The code can be embedded on the business’s website. Certain criteria of the Book Now button can be configured or customised.

The Booking Button is available in the Integrations section on the left hand-side menu.

A Booking Button can be created for any of the four available options:

  • Product: Refers to the code of the Book Now button for a specific product (Experience or Restaurant).

  • Category: Refers to the code of the Book Now button for a specific product category.

    Example: Spa Experiences, Sports, etc.

  • Transfers: Refers to the code of the Book Now button for transfers.

  • Rental: Refers to the code of the Book Now button for rentals.

Configuring the Booking Button

Depending on the option selected previously, select a Product

or Category, from the available options.

Enter the text that will be displayed on the action button.

Example: Book Now

Select the background colour of the action button. Clicking inside the box will open the colour wheel.

Select the colour of the font displayed on the action button. Clicking inside the box will open the colour wheel.

Lastly, adjust the wording on the action button according to the available languages.


Selecting the Booking Button option

Option #1: Book button with embedded availability functionality

This option enables you to embed the Booking Button on your website.

Click on Option #1: Book button with embedded availability functionality.

Copy the two codes displayed on Option #1 as displayed below and paste them into your website.


Option #2: Book button for resellers

In case of Reseller, click on Option #2: Book button for resellers.

First, select the Reseller from the available options.

Copy the two codes displayed on Option #2 and share them with your Reseller.

Note: Resellers can embed the Book Now button from their own Triparound interface as well.


Option #3: Book button with external url

In case you want the individual URL for the selected service, click on Option #3: Book button with external URL.

Copy the code displayed on Option #3:


Notes:

In order to see how the Product or Category you have selected will appear on the widget, click on Book Now displayed on each option. A new tab will open in your browser and the widget will appear.

Regarding the codes for Option #1 and Option #2:

  • The 2nd code (generic script) needs to be inserted on your website only once regardless the number of the booking buttons, preferably into the footer of the html page. In case there are many pages with this functionality on the website, the generic script can be included just in one page for the entire website.

  • The 1st code can be included anywhere in the page, as long as the 2nd code with the generic script exists in the html page.
