Example: For a sailing trip/tour the operator is the skipper, for a tennis lesson the operator could be a specific tennis coach.

Usability/Display: Operators allows the customer to select the operator of his preference during the 1st stage of the booking process or can be allocated in the background by the system.

Refers to “inanimate objects” that may be required to implement/fulfill the experience. Adding Resources links your Experience to the available resources and their individual availability.

Refers to the allocation of date, time and other relevant information in order to create a bookable schedule for a particular product.

Usability/Display: Schedule(s) must be created/inserted in order to enable the product to be bookable.
