If your Property Management System (PMS) is connected to Triparound, whether through a direct integration or an automated data export process, it is important to understand how data flows between these platforms.
Triparound receives specific information from your PMS to enable certain features and functionalities. You can find a detailed list of the data imported into Triparound in this article.
When a booking is created in Triparound, the details of that booking are not automatically synchronized with the PMS and therefore will not update the corresponding records in your PMS. If you need to update customer records or any other details in your PMS, this must be done manually.
