How the integration with WebHotelier works

The integration allows synchronization of booking data from WebHotelier to Triparound, automating guest data creation and supporting targeted marketing communication.

The WebHotelier integration establishes a direct connection between the WebHotelier room booking engine and Triparound. Each room reservation generates a customer profile in Triparound containing all relevant guest information. Additionally, marketing emails are sent automatically following a room booking to promote additional products and services.

Customer Profile Creation

When a room booking is made through WebHotelier, a customer profile is automatically created in Triparound. The profile includes guest details, accessible under Customers > Guest Profile. This automation enhances data accuracy and centralizes guest information for future reference.

Automated Marketing Communication

The integration supports automated marketing emails triggered by room bookings. When enabled, promotional messages can be automatically sent that encourage guests to explore additional products and services such as:

  • Experiences

  • Restaurants

  • Transfers

  • Rentals

  • Services

This functionality enhances guest engagement and promotes upselling opportunities directly through Triparound.
