Systemic User Roles

Triparound offers various types of predefined user roles with specific access rights to platform's users.

Roles are permission groups that control access and set parameters to specific areas and features within Triparound.

The Systemic Roles (Business, Employee, Concierge, Agent, Read-Only) can be found within the Roles menu. The access levels and the specific permissions of each one of them are shown below.

Business

Provides full access to the software.

Employee

Provides limited access to the software compared to the “Business” role.

Concierge

Provides access to specific sections of the software essential to the concierge (e.g., Bookings, Calendar, etc.).

Agent

Provides access to specific sections of the software mainly for viewing purposes.

Read - Only

This role will simply prevent the user from inserting, modifying, or deleting records in tables that the user currently has access to by virtue of other roles or permissions on the instance.


Notes:

  • List: User can access the list of items of the specific section.

  • View: User can view the items of the specific section from the “Preview” button.

  • Create: User can create a new item in the specific section.

  • Edit: User can edit an item of the specific section.

  • Delete: User can delete an item from the specific section.
