Payments & Deposit, located under the product's Settings & Policies, allows the customer, if required, to proceed to the payment of the experience/activity at the final stage of the booking process.
Enable Payments and Deposits
To enable payments, activate the field Accept Payments and complete all required fields.
Accept Payments
Activate this option to accept payments for the particular experience.
Note:
If not activated no additional fields will appear. This means that payment is not required for the specific experience/activity. (e.g. use of pool or gym are complementary experiences within a hotel).
Different payment methods for Successful & Skipped Validation
Enable in order to apply different payment methods according to whether the customer successfully passes the validation process or not on the widget.
Note:
This functionality is visible only if the PMS integration has been activated and the “Guest validation” feature has been enabled on the widget.
Successful validation payment methods
Select one or more of the payment methods available for customers that successfully pass “Guest validation” on the widget:
Pay on the Day: Customer pays directly on the day of the experience.
Room Charge: The cost is charged to the customer’s room.
EveryPay Credit/Debit Card: Customer pays online during the booking process through EveryPay’s payment gateway.
Stripe Credit/Debit Card: Customer pays online during the booking process through Stripe’s payment gateway.
Bank Deposit: Customer pays through bank deposit.
Card on File: Customer pays through card on file.
Skipped validation payment methods
Select one or more of the payment methods available for customers that do not pass “Guest validation” on the widget and choose “Proceed as Visitor”:
Pay on the Day: Customer pays directly on the day of the experience.
Room Charge: The cost is charged to the customer’s room.
EveryPay Credit/Debit Card: Customer pays online during the booking process through EveryPay’s payment gateway.
Stripe Credit/Debit Card: Customer pays online during the booking process through Stripe’s payment gateway.
Bank Deposit: Customer pays through bank deposit.
Card on File: Customer pays through card on file.

The payment methods displayed in the selection menu are enabled in the Payment Methods section under My Company > Settings > Payment settings.

Select TAX/FEE option
If applicable, select the appropriate tax/fee option that is to be applied to the pricing policy of the product.
Note:
The tax/fee options can be created in the TAX/FEE Options section under My Company > Settings > Payment settings.
Service fee payment
Select whether the cost of the Triparound Service Fee is to be incurred by the customer or your business.
In case the service fee will be paid by the customer, select the option On customer, in which case the service fee field will appear in the Payment Info of the checkout form.
In case the service fee will be paid by the business, select the option On business, in which case the service fee will be absorbed by the business.
Note:
The service fee amount is regulated by the agreed billing plan.
Deposit
Activate this option if a deposit is required in order for the booking to be completed. Once activated, complete the required fields that will appear.
Important note:
The deposit should only be used if the credit/debit card payment method has been selected as the only method of payment.
Deposit Type: Select if the deposit is to be calculated using a fixed monetary value or percentage.
Deposit Amount: If Fixed Amount, enter the deposit’s monetary value.
Deposit Percentage: If Percentage, enter the percentage with which the deposit will be calculated.
Allow full amount payments: Select option Yes to allow the customer to pay the full amount.
You can preview the product at any point, using the Preview button.
Once you have configured Payments & Deposit, you can move on to Terms & Conditions.
