Accept Terms in Checkout Form?: Activate this option to make the acceptance of the inserted terms & conditions mandatory in order for the customer to complete the booking.
Upload File: Upload the Terms & Conditions of the product.
The inserted file with the Terms & Conditions will be displayed in the checkout form as a clickable link with the name “Terms & Conditions” and will require acceptance by the customer. The field “Accept terms in checkout Form” needs to be activated first in order for the text to appear.
Note:
The file uploaded on this section will override the text inserted in the field Terms & Conditions. In case no file is uploaded, then the text inserted at the corresponding field will be displayed.
To insert a file with the Terms & Conditions of the product drop the file or click in the empty area to upload.
Allowed file types: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png
Maximum upload file size: 5 MB
Terms and Conditions: Enter the terms & conditions that apply to the product.
Notes:
The terms & conditions will be displayed on the widget at the “View Details” section for selected products and in the notification emails.
If the field “Accept terms in checkout Form” has been activated and no file has been uploaded, then the text will appear in the checkout form as a clickable link with the name “Terms & Conditions” and will require acceptance by the customer.

Privacy Notice: Insert the link with the privacy notice that applies to the product.
The "Privacy Notice" will be displayed on the widget at the 3rd stage of the booking process as a clickable link and will require acceptance by the customer.
Notes:
In order for the link to work it needs to have the indication of https:// at the beginning.
If there is a link in the Privacy Notice field of a product, it will override the Privacy Policy inserted under My Company > About.
Appearance on the widget:
Widget Booking Information: Complete the booking information of the product.
Usability/Display: Refers to information considered important enough to appear prominently on the widget during the booking process.
Note: Depending on the product type, the information entered is shown on the widget either on the 1st or 2nd step of the booking process.
Appearance on the widget:
Email & Guest App Booking Information: Complete, if necessary, any important information concerning the experience.
Usability/Display: The information entered will be displayed on the email notification sent to all involved parties (Customer, Business, Supplier-if applicable) and on the Guest app.
