Terms & Conditions

Refers to the terms & conditions and other important information associated with the specific product.

Accept terms in checkout form?: Activate this option to make the acceptance of the inserted Terms & Conditions mandatory in order for the customer to complete the booking.

Upload File: Upload the Terms & Conditions of the product.

The uploaded file with the Terms & Conditions will be displayed during the final step of the booking process as a clickable link labeled Terms & Conditions and will require acceptance by the customer. The Accept terms in checkout form? field needs to be activated in order for the link to appear.

Note:

The file uploaded on this section will override the text inserted in the Terms & Conditions field. In case no file is uploaded, the text inserted in that field will be displayed.

  • To insert a file with the Terms & Conditions of the product drop the file or click in the empty area to upload.

  • Allowed file types: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png

  • Maximum upload file size: 5 MB

Terms and Conditions: Enter the Terms & Conditions that apply to the product.

Notes:

  • The Terms & Conditions will appear in the checkout form as a clickable link labeled Terms & Conditions and will require acceptance by the customer. The Accept terms in checkout form? field must be enabled for the link to appear.

  • The text entered in this field will also be included in the notification emails.

Privacy Notice: Insert the link with the privacy notice that applies to the product.

The "Privacy Notice" will be displayed on the widget at the final step of the booking process as a clickable link and will require acceptance by the customer.

Notes:

  • In order for the link to work it needs to have the indication of https:// at the beginning.

  • If there is a link in the Privacy Notice field of a product, it will override the Privacy Policy inserted under My Company > About.

Widget Booking Information: Complete the booking information of the product.

Usability/Display: Refers to information considered important enough to appear prominently on the widget during the booking process.

Appearance on the widget:

  • Experiences, Restaurants, Rentals & Services

  • Transfers


Email & Guest App Booking Information: Complete, if necessary, any important information concerning the experience.

Usability/Display: The information entered will be displayed on the email notification sent to all involved parties (Customer, Business, Supplier-if applicable) and on the Guest app.

You can preview the product at any point by using the Preview button.


Once you have configured Terms & Conditions, you can move on to Bookings.
