Important:
Some of the fields in this section - such as Company name, email address and phone number - may already be automatically populated by the system. If so, verify that the information is accurate. Otherwise, complete the fields as described below.
The About section can be found on the left hand-side menu under More > Account > Company Settings > Profile.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Company Name *: Enter the company’s name (this is the name of your Business).
Email Address *: Enter the company's primary email address.
Alternate Email Address: Enter an alternate company email address (if applicable).
Note: For internal use only (not displayed to the guests).
Phone Number *: Enter the company's primary phone number.
Alternate Phone Number: Enter an alternate company phone number (if applicable).

Short Description *: Enter a brief description of the company (maximum 150 characters). To avoid formatting issues, use the “Paste as Plain Text” function when inserting text.

Terms of Service: Enter the company's Terms of Service. To avoid formatting issues, use the “Paste as Plain Text” function when inserting text.
Usability/Display:
Displayed in the widget during checkout as a clickable link titled “Terms of Service” (requires customer acceptance).
Included at the bottom of email notifications as a clickable link titled "Terms of Use".
Privacy Policy: Enter the company's Privacy Policy. To avoid formatting issues, use the “Paste as Plain Text” function when inserting text.
Usability/Display:
Displayed in the widget during checkout as a clickable link titled “Privacy Notice” (requires customer acceptance).

Certain data inserted in this section will appear on guest facing elements such as widgets, notification emails sent to involved parties, the Guest App, specific PDFs and within the Triparound platform.
