Email Templates can be used to send a sales/marketing email to an individual customer or can be used to send an automated sales/marketing email.

The Email Templates are available in the More section on the left hand-side menu under Marketing > Emails.

Click on NEW TEMPLATE on the top right hand-side of the page.

Then, select the type of template (Structured template or HTML template).
