Atlantis is a spa booking management software that various businesses may use to manage their spa bookings.
The integration between Atlantis and Triparound streamlines the process for spa reservations, by sharing the spa's availability directly from Atlantis to Triparound and sending automated notification emails.
How it works
Once the integration is activated, the Spa products managed by the business through Atlantis will be automatically imported into the Triparound system under product type Experiences.
Following this, the business can start receiving and making Spa bookings through the Triparound platform.

Information regarding the integration
Product availability: Availability in Triparound is received automatically and in real time from Atlantis. Any changes made to a product's availability in Atlantis will be instantly reflected in Triparound’s availability.
Bookings created on the Atlantis environment: Bookings created directly on the Atlantis platform (not through the Triparound platform) will not appear in Triparound.
Booking status: Bookings made through Triparound are automatically confirmed. The status of each booking can be changed from the Triparound platform, resulting in the equivalent changes being depicted in the Atlantis platform as well. When a booking status changes, the availability in Triparound and Atlantis interfaces is equally affected. Therefore the concierge team can manage all the Spa bookings through Triparound, and the Spa team will always be up to date just by looking at their Atlantis account.
Cancelling bookings on the Atlantis environment: If a booking originating from Triparound is cancelled on the Atlantis platform, the change will not be reflected on the Triparound platform. In order for the booking to show as cancelled in the Triparound platform the cancellation would have to happen from the Triparound platform as well.
Notifications: The customer and the designated recipients from within the business will receive email notifications pertaining to the booking.
Editable fields in the setup menu of each product when the integration has been enabled:
Product Name
Location (Meeting Point)
Short Description, Advertised Duration & Price.
Content & Media > Media (The photo that will be visible to the guest if the restaurant is booked online).

Contact your Customer Success Manager and provide the API endpoints and the authorization key (received from the Atlantis software).
