How to enable PMS integration with Loggia*

Learn how the integration between Loggia and Triparound works.

The integration between Loggia PMS and Triparound enables the automatic synchronization of your customers' reservations with Triparound, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing the chances of errors.

How it works

Once a reservation is checked-in, Triparound is updated with the following details:

Itineraries Page

A new Trip is created in Triparound on the Itineraries page.

In order to find the information for the new Trip, click on the Trip ID column to visit the specific Trip you are interested in. The below details will be already filled in from Loggia.

Basic Itinerary info tab

  • Created date: The date the itinerary was imported/created in Triparound.

  • Number of guests: Number of adults and children.

  • Trip ID: A unique identifier that is populated from Triparound to depict this specific itinerary. This ID is exposed to the customer.

  • Res. ID: A unique identifier that is populated from Loggia to depict a specific reservation. This ID is also exposed to the customer.

  • Trip Leader: This field depicts the name of the customer with whom the reservation is associated.

  • Phone: Customer's phone number.

  • Email: Customer's email.

  • Itinerary name: This field is automatically populated with the form "Reservation ID - Unit Name" and can be changed by visiting the Basic Itinerary Info page.

  • Arrival and Departure date: Reservation's check-in and check-out date.

  • Arrival and Departure time: Reservation's check-in and check-out time.

Accommodation tab

The accommodation tab is updated with some basic information about the reservation and the booked unit:

  • Reservation information: Reservation ID, Reservation Dates, and Unit Name

  • Unit information: Unit Name, Unit Images, Capacity, Number of bedrooms, Number of Bathrooms, Unit Location, Floor Size

Customers menu

At the same time, the Customers page is updated with the customer's contact information.

Guest App

The new Trip record is also created on the customer's Guest App link. This can be found on My Trips tab where the customers can find information about their previous, current and upcoming reservations.

Note:

All checked-in reservations in Loggia are created automatically in Triparound. If needed, any additional reservation can be added manually on Triparound directly from the Loggia dashboard.


More information regarding the integration

  • Reservation updates: Updates that take place in Loggia and have to do with a specific reservation are automatically and immediately depicted on Triparound. Any changes in reservation details (e.g. date changes, guest number changes) should take place in Loggia, and will automatically be updated in Triparound.

  • Accommodation details updates: Whenever a new Trip is created in Triparound, the unit that is associated with this Trip will be automatically updated with the latest information that exists in Loggia.

  • Reservation status updates: Your reservation status is depicted in the respective Trip in Triparound. If this status is updated in Loggia, the change will also be depicted in your Triparound dashboard.
