How to enable the integration with WebHotelier

This guide outlines the steps required to activate and configure the WebHotelier integration in Triparound. Completing this setup ensures synchronization between the WebHotelier booking engine and Triparound, while also enabling automated marketing communication.

Setup steps

Step 1: Access Integrations

Navigate to More > Integrations on the left-hand menu and select Room Booking Engine.

Currently, WebHotelier is the available integration option.


Step 2: Activate the Integration

Activate the integration by enabling the Integration activated option.


Step 3: Enter the Company Code

Insert the WebHotelier company code in the corresponding field.


Step 4: Finalize the API Connection

Send an email to [email protected], copying [email protected] and include the Triparound delivery URL. Request the completion of the API connection between WebHotelier and Triparound.


Step 5: Configure Automated Marketing Emails

Enable the Automated marketing email option and select the preferred email template to ensure that a marketing email is automatically sent after each room booking.
