Maintain an accurate and up-to-date company profile to deliver a consistent brand experience across the platform. Completing the company details helps ensure clear customer communication, accurate billing and invoicing information and proper display of branding and business information across widgets, emails, PDFs and other guest-facing areas.
The Company Profile section can be found on the top right-hand side by clicking on the User icon and selecting My Company.
Alternatively, it can be accessed through the left hand-side menu under More > Account > Company Settings > Profile.
1. About
Maintain accurate company details displayed across the platform and customer communications.
In the About section, fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
The company's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy can also be added.
SAVE when done.
Note:
Certain data entered in these fields will appear within the platform, on the widget, in the notification emails sent to involved parties and on specific PDFs (e.g., the Customer PDF within the Customers section).

2. Location
Ensure the company’s address and location details are correctly displayed across customer communications and documents.
In the Location section, enter the company's location using the Search Location field on the map. The address fields will update automatically based on the selected location.
SAVE when done.

The data entered will appear within the platform, in notification emails sent to customers and on specific PDFs (e.g., the Customer PDF within the Customers section).

3. Content & Channels
Add digital channels and social media information to strengthen the company’s online presence.
In the Content & Channels section, add the company's digital information such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other channels, to complete the company profile.
SAVE changes when done.

Certain data that will be inserted in the fields will appear in notification emails sent to customers.

4. Branding
Configure branding elements to create a consistent and professional guest experience.
In the Branding section, configure the branding elements such as company logo, colors, fonts, and texts that will be applied to the guest facing areas of Triparound.
SAVE changes when done.

Branding configuration elements appear on the widget, notification emails sent to involved parties, the Guest App and specific PDFs (such as the Customer PDF within the Customers section).

5. Billing Info
Maintain accurate billing and invoicing information for smooth financial operations and invoice generation.
In the Billing Info section, enter the data required by Triparound for billing and invoicing purposes.
