Content & Channels (Company Profile)

Learn how to log Content & Channels to keep your company information accurate in customer communications.

Configuring Content & Channels helps maintain a professional brand image, deliver clear and relevant information to customers and improve overall communication quality. It helps build trust, reduces confusion and ensures customers receive the right information at every touchpoint.


How to set it up

Step 1: Navigate to More > Account > Company Settings > Profile from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Complete the available fields as required.

Your Triparound URL*: The URL of your company's profile page will be generated automatically by the Triparound system.

Thematic Tourism: Select one or more thematic tourism types that suits your company.

Period: Enter your company's working period.

Example: May-October

Hours: Enter your company's working hours.

Example: 09:00-21:00

Web Domain: Εnter the URL of your current website.

Skype ID: Enter your Skype account name or number.

Facebook: Enter the URL of your current Facebook page.

Twitter: Enter the URL of your current Twitter page.

Instagram: Enter the URL of your current Instagram page.

YouTube: Enter the URL of your current YouTube page.

Tripadvisor: Enter the URL of your current Tripadvisor page.

Pinterest: Enter the URL of your current Pinterest page.

Full Description: Enter your company's full description.

Note: In order to avoid formatting problems, text pasted into the field must be inserted using the “Paste as Plain Text” function.

Step 3: SAVE once done.


Once you have configured the Content & Channels section, you can move on to Branding.
