The Checkout input fields are pre-set fields that are applied to all products and bookings, allowing the collection of additional customer-specific information during the Checkout stage of the booking process.
Example: Passport number, preferred language, allergies etc.
Important notes:
The Checkout input fields are used to collect Customer data only, i.e. data of the person making the booking.
They are configured at the company level, meaning that they apply cumulatively to all products and bookings.
To access the Checkout input fields, navigate to the user icon on the top right-hand side and proceed to My Company > Settings > Booking settings.
