Your Plan & Billing information can be found in one of the following ways:
Click the user icon (top-right corner) and select Plan & Billing
Alternatively, from the left-hand menu, go to More > Account > Plan & Billing
Overview
This page includes details about Your Plan, Your Balance, Payment Method, Billing Information and all issued invoices.
Your Plan: Displays information of your Triparound subscription plan.
Note: Click View Details for more information.
Your Balance: Shows your current balance and payment details, including the monthly or yearly cost per property depending on your payment agreement.
Payment Method: If payments are to be made by credit/debit card, add or update your credit/debit card details for subscription and usage fees.
Billing Information: Click UPDATE INFORMATION to access the Billing Info under the company Profile and enter the required information for invoicing.
Payments (invoices): At the bottom of the page, all issued invoices are displayed, along with details such as the amount, invoice type (subscription or usage fees), status and date.
Important note:
Make sure to add payment method, during the account setup if you plan to pay via credit or debit card.
