How can I update my company’s billing information in Triparound?

Learn how to keep your company’s billing information up to date in Triparound to ensure uninterrupted service and account accuracy.

The company's billing information logged in Triparound is used for billing and invoicing purposes, hence in case of change they need to be instantly updated in the Dashboard. This helps the account to remain active and also prevents service interruptions.


How to update the billing information

Step 1: From the left-hand menu, go to More > Account > Company Settings

Alternatively, click on the User icon on the top right-hand side and select My Company.

Step 2: Navigate to Profile > Billing Info

Step 3: Enter the updated billing details in the relevant fields

Step 4: Make sure all information is accurate and SAVE
