The Blocked Days feature is available in the More section on the left-hand menu.
How to create a New Blocked Day
Click on New Blocked Day on the top right-hand side of the page.
Then, complete the relevant information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Name: Insert the Name of the blocked days.
Example: Easter Break or New Years Eve
Annually recurring Blocked day: Select whether the Blocked Days are recurring on a yearly basis or not.
Days: Select which dates are to be blocked from the available calendar.
Duration: Select the duration of the blockage from the available options:
All Day: Will not allow booking for the entire duration of the selected day.
Specific Hours: Will block the selected hours for the selected day.
Note: In order to complete this option, the starting and ending hour need to be determined.
Type: Select where the Blocked Days will be applied to from the available options:
Generic: Will block a specific timeframe for the entire company (meaning all products).
Product: Will block a specific timeframe for a specific product or products.
Resource: Will block a specific timeframe for a specific resource or resources.
Operator: Will block a specific timeframe for a specific operator or operators.
Supplier: Will block a specific timeframe for a specific supplier or suppliers.
Category: Will block a specific timeframe for a specific product category or product categories.
Depending on what has been selected, more fields will appear to indicate the exact products, resources, operators, suppliers or categories that the Blocked Days will be applied to.
Save your changes once done.
