The Bookings section serves as a centralized hub for managing all aspects of customer reservations.

This section offers a comprehensive view of all bookings, complete with essential information, allowing businesses to manage them efficiently.

Business users can easily access essential details, track transaction statuses, and make necessary updates, ensuring a seamless booking experience for both the business and its customers.

The Bookings section displays by default all bookings in chronological order based on the Created Date.

All bookings can be viewed for any available product type under the All Products tab. Additionally, bookings for each product type (Experiences, Restaurants, Transfers, Rentals, Services) can be accessed by clicking on the corresponding tab.

Table configuration

The Bookings table is configurable, hence any additional columns that need to be displayed on the table may be added.

To customize the table, click on the Cog icon Configure table columns on the right-hand side and add the required columns such as Type, Resource, Operator etc. The order of the columns can also be adjusted. Additionally, specific columns can be removed and hence won't be displayed on the table.

Once the preferred columns are selected, click OK to save the settings.

Search functionality / Filters

In order to search for a specific booking, complete the booking Id, Product Name or Customer Name in the available Search field or proceed with an Advanced Search by clicking on the Filters.

Export functionality

Once the required filters have been applied and the preferred columns have been selected, the respective table can be exported in an excel file by clicking on the Export button. Bookings can be exported in a single sheet or in different sheets per product.

Important note: The exported excel file is limited to ~1,000 rows.
