Itinerary

This section displays essential information about the itinerary.

In the Itinerary section, essential information is displayed, including the itinerary creation date, status, arrival and departure dates, and basic details about the trip leader.

Certain data is automatically populated when creating the itinerary manually or through PMS integration, if activated.

The Itinerary section includes the following information:

  • Created: Shows the creation date of the itinerary.

    Note: This is automatically inserted by the Triparound system.

  • Itinerary status: Shows the status of the itinerary (Draft, In Progress, Completed, Canceled).

    Note: This is automatically inserted by the Triparound system and can be edited.

  • Guests: This is automatically populated with the number of guests inserted during the creation of the itinerary.

  • Trip ID: Shows the Trip ID.

    Note: This is automatically generated and inserted by the Triparound system.

  • Res. Status: Shows the reservation status of the accommodation.

    Note: This is only available and populated if a PMS integration is activated.

  • Res. ID: Shows the reservation ID of the accommodation.

    Note: This is only available and populated if a PMS integration is activated.

  • Trip Leader: This is automatically populated with the Trip Leader inserted during the creation of the itinerary.

  • Phone: This is automatically populated with the phone of the Trip Leader inserted during the creation of the itinerary.

  • Email: This is automatically populated with the email of the Trip Leader inserted during the creation of the itinerary.

  • Itinerary name: This is automatically populated with the itinerary name inserted during the creation of the itinerary. This information can be edited.

  • Arrival date: This is automatically populated with the customer's arrival date inserted during the creation of the itinerary. This information can be edited.

  • Departure date: This is automatically populated with the customer's departure date inserted during the creation of the itinerary. This information can be edited.

  • Arrival time: This is automatically populated with the customer's arrival time inserted during the creation of the itinerary. This information can be edited.

  • Departure time: This is automatically populated with the customer's departure time inserted during the creation of the itinerary. This information can be edited.

  • Location: Select the location that applies to the accommodation associated to the specific itinerary from the available options. Alternatively, create a new location by selecting “Create New”.

    Note: If PMS integration is activated, this field will be automatically populated with the location of the itinerary.

  • Internal notes: Complete if extra information is needed on the itinerary.

    Note: For internal use only - not exposed to customer.

Important note:

If PMS integration is activated, indicating that the itinerary has been generated automatically, the respective fields will be populated automatically with the existing information from the PMS.
