How to use the Rollover Days and Rollover Time functionality

Rollover Days & Rollover Time functionalities are available on the product's Settings & Policies > Bookings or Configuration section depending on the product type.

Rollover Days

Enter the number of days for which availability is shown on the calendar (widget). This feature is useful in cases where the visibility of bookings need to be limited to a specific time period.

Example: If the number "20" is entered, availability for the experience will be shown only for the next 20 days.

Note:

Be aware of the correlation between Rollover Days and Last minute booking settings.


Rollover Time

Select the designated time for which the calendar (on the widget) will show availability for the following day. This feature is useful when bookings need to be restricted to a specific time period.

Example: If 10:00 a.m. is selected as the Rollover Time:

  • On June 15th at 9:50 a.m., bookings for June 16th will not be allowed.

  • On June 15th at 10:01 a.m., bookings for June 16th will be allowed.

In essence, if 10 a.m. is selected, the system will allow bookings for the next day starting from 10 a.m. onward.
