Suppliers are external individuals or organizations responsible for delivering the services required to carry out an experience or offering.
To streamline operations, suppliers can be added to Triparound and invited to access their own dedicated dashboard, where they can manage bookings, availability and services.
Steps to invite and onboard a supplier
The steps below need to be followed to give suppliers access to Triparound:
Step 1: Create the supplier and set up the agreement
First, the supplier must be created in your Business account and linked to an agreement.

Step 2: Send the invitation to the supplier
Once the supplier is set up, send them an invitation to join Triparound.
Step 3: Supplier receives and accepts the invitation
The supplier will receive an email invitation and must click JOIN NOW to activate their account.

Note:
If the email is not in their inbox, they should check their Spam folder.
Step 4: Supplier accesses their Triparound dashboard
Once the invitation is accepted, the supplier gains access to their own Triparound dashboard.
From there, they can:
View and manage their bookings
Access their calendar and block availability
Manage scheduling and availability
Create products (if enabled in their agreement)
Perform other operational tasks related to their services
