How to update existing schedules

Existing schedules can be updated to reflect a new season, year, or operating period, without the need to create new ones.

Existing schedules can be updated to reflect the correct operating period for the products offered.

There are two options available to update schedules:

Option 1

On the left-hand side menu click on More and select Schedules.

On the list of Schedules that appears, locate the specific schedule to be updated, click the three dots under Actions on the right-hand side and select Edit to make changes to the schedule.

In the pop-up window that appears, make any necessary changes.

Click SAVE to apply the changes once done.

Note: Alternatively, Schedules can be updated by clicking on the name of the specific schedule that needs to be updated.


Option 2

Schedules can be updated directly from within the relevant product that the specific schedule applies to.

On the left-hand side menu, select the Products section and then choose the product type (Experiences, Restaurants, Transfers, Rentals, Services) that needs to be updated.

In the list that appears, locate the specific product that needs to be updated and click its name.

Proceed to the Schedules section and click on the Edit button next to the relevant schedule. In the pop-up window that appears, make any necessary changes.

Click SAVE to apply the changes once done.
