Example: For the Kids club, different pricing may apply to the morning and evening sessions as opposed to the afternoon session.
In order to be able to apply different pricing per session/schedule proceed as follows:
Step 1: Create a Guest Type
Proceed to the left hand side menu: More > Data Management > Guest Types section and create one guest type for the specific product.
Set the Name, the Minimum number of participants and Maximum number of participants accordingly.
Set the Category to “Single”.
Step 2: Link the Guest Type with the Pricing of the product
Proceed to the Pricing of the specific product and update each price as mentioned below:
Pricing model: Select “Price per Guest Type”
Guest type: Select the specific guest type for this product
Pricing name: insert a generic name (more details in Step 3)
Step 3: Use the same Pricing name for all pricing options
As the pricing for such activities in the widget is bundled (as shown on "Display on widget") and the system only uses one Pricing name, make sure that all the pricing names are the same (e.g. "participants").
