1. Share button not available on the product's setup page on the Supplier's account
If a Supplier reported that they cannot share a product with your account, it is likely that the agreement created on the Business account is currently Inactive.
Proceed as follows in order to resolve this issue:
Proceed to the Suppliers section and select the specific supplier.
Once within the specific supplier's profile, click on the agreement's status and select Active.
Once the agreement is activated, inform the supplier to refresh their page and try to share their product again.
