1. Product not yet shared by the Supplier
If a product owned by a Supplier does not appear in the Business account, it is likely that the Supplier has not yet shared this product with that Business.
To resolve this, contact the Supplier and request that the product be shared with the relevant Business account.

2. Product shared to a different Business
The supplier may have shared the product with a different Business by mistake.
To resolve this, confirm with the Supplier that the product has been shared with the correct Business account(s).
