Why do customers see a placeholder or default image, and how can I update it?

Learn why a placeholder or default image may be displayed on guest-facing elements, and how to replace it with a custom image.

Uploading custom images in the Triparound dashboard helps maintain consistent brand communication across guest-facing channels, including the Widget and Guest App. It also helps customers easily recognize your products and make informed decisions.

If no image has been uploaded, a placeholder or default image is automatically displayed to maintain a consistent visual experience and ensure that products and content remain visible to customers. These placeholders can be replaced at any time by uploading a custom image.
