If a PMS (Property Management System) integration has not been enabled, sending marketing emails automatically to customers is still possible, but it requires a bit more effort.
For email automations to be utilized, the Itineraries feature must be used. In this case, creating itineraries will need to be done manually. The data manually inserted in the itinerary will be used as sending triggers for the email automations, such as before check-in date, after check-out date, etc.

With PMS integration, this process becomes much more efficient as itineraries are generated automatically, reducing manual work and allowing for smoother email automations.
