The Guest App login provides secure access for guest to view their personal itinerary details. It also allows the Business to use a static Guest App link for flexible and scalable access management.
Since the static Guest App link is not tied to a specific guest, it can be shared more broadly via email, messaging platforms, SMS, websites, QR codes or social media.
Important:
This feature is available only if a PMS integration is active, the Itineraries feature is used, or an integration with Verity is enabled.
How to set up
Step 1: Go to More > Guest Facing > Guest App, then proceed to Settings > Login settings.
Step 2: Enable Login validation for the Guest app.
Step 3: Select the required login fields that guests must enter to authenticate.
Example: Last name and Reservation ID.
Notes:
The Guest and Reservation property field options appear only when the Itineraries feature is available on the account.
Room number can be selected only if a PMS integration is active and a room number is available.
Step 4: Upon completion of the above steps, the system automatically generates a static Guest App link. This link can be shared with customers via email, SMS, messaging platforms, websites, QR codes or social media.
Guest App Login Display
When guests access their Guest App, a login page will appear based on the selected validation fields. After successful validation, guests will be able to access their personalized Guest App, including their itinerary and booking details.
Tip:
Enabling the Remember Me option allows guests to access their Guest App without needing to validate each time.
