Configure the Guest App Settings

Learn how to to adjust various settings in the Guest app to enhance user experience and functionality.

To enable login validation, allow customers to edit their personal information and create upselling sections in the Guest app, complete the necessary configurations under the Settings tab.

1. Login settings

The Guest App login provides secure access for guests to view their personal itinerary details. It also allows the Business to use a static Guest App link for flexible and scalable access management.

To set it up, proceed to the Settings > Login settings and complete the required fields.

Important:

This feature is available only if a PMS integration is active, the Itineraries feature is used, or an integration with Verity is enabled.


2. Guest information

Allow customers/trip leaders to update their first name, last name, email, phone number and nationality. Enabling this setting unlocks these fields in the guest profile within the Guest app, allowing guests to easily update their information.

To activate this option, proceed to Settings > Guest Information and toggle on the relevant setting.

Note:

Any changes made by guests in the Guest App are saved automatically and synced with the Customers and Itineraries sections in the platform.


3. Upsells

Create upselling sections in the Guest app to promote additional products or services to customers. Individual products or entire categories can be included to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

To set up upselling sections, proceed to Settings > Upsells.
