Configure the Guest App Settings

Learn how to enable a login validation step for the Guest app and allow guests to edit their personal information.

To enable login validation for the Guest app and allow customers to edit their personal information directly through the Guest app, complete the required sections under the Settings tab.


1. Login settings

The Guest App login ensures secure access for guests to view their personal itinerary details. It also allows the Business to apply flexible and scalable practices using the static Guest App link.

To set it up, proceed to the Login settings under the Settings tab and complete the required fields.

Important:

This feature is available only if a PMS integration is activated, the Itineraries feature is used, or an integration with Verity is enabled.


2. Guest information

Enable the customer/trip leader to edit their first name, last name, email, phone number and nationality. This will unlock the corresponding fields in the Guest app’s profile settings for easy updates.

To enable this, proceed to Guest Information under the Settings tab and toggle on the relevant option.

Note:

Changes made by the guest in the Guest App will be saved automatically and synced with the Customers and Itineraries sections in the platform.
