How to set up and use the Customer PDF

Refers to the configuration of the Customer PDF to present customers' bookings in an organized and efficient way.

The Customer PDF can be used to present the bookings of a customer in PDF format. This document includes two basic separate sections (GUEST INFO and BOOKINGS) along with additional information configured by the company.


GUEST INFO

In this section the customer's contact details are displayed (GUEST name, PHONE and EMAIL).


BOOKINGS

In this section the bookings associated with the specific customer are displayed, along with basic booking details (the booking ID, the product's name, execution date and time etc.) for easy reference.

Note: The bookings are listed by creation date - default setting.

Notes:

  • PDFs may be used for senior customers who may be less comfortable with more advanced itinerary presentation tools such as the Triparound Guest App.

  • The Triparound Guest App displays similar information to the Customer PDF, while it also enables customers to take actions such as canceling bookings, making online payments, accepting proposed experiences and booking new ones.


How to set up

To set up the Customer PDF template that will be shared with customers, follow the below steps:

  • Navigate on the left-hand menu More > Guest Facing > Branding.

  • Configure the Branding section.

    Insert a Company Logo and a Company Slider.

    The Company Logo appears at the top of each page of the Customer PDF. The Company Slider appears on the first page of the Customer PDF under the “Opening text”.

  • Configure the PDF texts section.

    Insert the preferred text in the Opening title, Opening text, Closing title and Closing text fields.

How to use

The Customer PDF can be downloaded and used as needed.

To download this, navigate to the Customers section on the left-hand menu, locate a specific customer and click on the Actions button (3 dots). Select the All bookings PDF option.

Note: This PDF includes all bookings associated with the specific customer (no filters apply).


Alternatively, click on a specific customer to access their profile and click one of the two available buttons.

Click on the All bookings PDF button found on the top right-hand side.

Note: This PDF includes all bookings associated with the specific customer (no filters apply).


2. Download as PDF button

Click on the Download as PDF button, found within the Bookings section of a specific customer.

Note: This PDF version allows for specific filters to be applied (eg. include only the customer's Confirmed bookings).
