BOOK FOR GUEST: How and why use it?

The "BOOK FOR GUEST" function allows the front office or concierge team to make a booking directly for a specific customer using a dedicated “BOOK NOW” button, saving valuable time from the team's daily tasks as the customer’s PII data is automatically prefilled in the booking form. At the same time, this function ensures the booking is correctly linked to the customer’s profile and helps prevent unwanted issues that occur when this information is skipped or entered manually.


How to make a back-office booking for a customer who already exists in Triparound

To make a new back-office booking on behalf of a customer who already exists in the Triparound platform, follow the below steps:

  • Navigate to Customers on the left-hand menu and locate the specific customer.

  • Click on their Full Name to enter their profile.

  • Click on the BOOK FOR GUEST button, available on the top right-hand side.

  • In the pop-up window, select the product type of preference and follow the standard booking process, noting that the customer's details will be automatically filled in during the Checkout step.
