How to Archive bookings

The “Archive Booking” function allows Triparound users to “hide” bookings from customers and within the Triparound platform.

The “Archive Booking” function allows Triparound users to “hide” bookings from customers and within the Triparound platform. This function is the closest a Triparound user can come to “deleting” a Booking as the delete function is not available for Bookings.

The Archive function is available on the Bookings table in the Actions of each booking:

Bookings can also be archived from within the booking:

Important information about the Archive function:

  • Archive is not a Status it is a function.

  • Only Bookings with status Cancelled or Declined can be Archived.

  • Once Archived, bookings are hidden from the customers in all guest facing elements– Archived Bookings will not be listed in emails, pdfs or the guest app.

  • Once Archived, bookings are hidden from Triparound users in all Bookings Tables – Bookings, Reports etc.

  • Archived bookings can only be seen by using the filter Archived state:

VERY IMPORTANT: This action is not reversible. Once a booking is Archived it cannot revert to being a "live" booking again!
