The new Widget allows you to showcase your products on websites, marketing emails, and other digital media, in a more efficient way helping customers easily discover and book your offerings.
Overall, the new Widget functionality is designed to give you greater control over how products are displayed, simplify ongoing management and provide a more seamless experience for both administrators and customers.
What is changing with Widgets:
New Widget functionality
Widgets are now created and managed from a dedicated setup page where all configuration options - such as product selection, language, referral tracking, and widget type - are centralized in one place. This makes it easier to build widgets that match specific use cases, from broad product discovery to focused single-product campaigns.
Widgets can be saved and edited
Widgets can now be saved and edited later. This allows you to update product selections and settings without having to recreate widgets from scratch, improves consistency across channels, and reduces setup time when launching new campaigns or adding new products.
Booking Buttons sourced from the Widget setup page
Booking Buttons are now sourced directly from the Widget setup page, making them easier to create and manage.
Widgets display only individual products
Only individual products that are directly assigned to a Product Category will be displayed in widgets. Product Categories will no longer appear as standalone items.
Product Categories organized through Filters
Filters are now the primary way to organize and identify Product Categories, making it easier for customers to find relevant products.
