Associate with schedules:

Select the schedule(s) that applies to the particular price.

Pricing Model:

Select the appropriate price model from the available options.

1/ Price per quantity:

Price is calculated per quantity.

Example: If the price is 30 Euro and there are 3 participants the total cost amounts to 30 Euro x 3 = 90 Euro.

2/ Price per guest type:

Price remains the same regardless of the number of participants.

Example: If the price is 30 Euro and there are 3 participants the total cost amounts to 30 Euro). In this case, you will also have to select a Guest Type.

  • Guest Type: Select from the available Guest Types. Alternatively, in order to create a new guest type, proceed to More > Guest Types.

Note: Guest type sets the parameters so that the price remains the same regardless of the number of participants.

Participant Type

3/ Price per add on:

Price for an item or service within the experience that comes at an additional cost. In this case, you will also have to select or create the Add-on item and add the Maximum available items per booking.

Example: A meal within a tour.

  • Add-on: Select the add-on item that will be linked to the particular pricing from the available options. Alternatively, create a new add-on item by selecting “Create New”.

Note: A new add-on item can also be created from section More > Add-ons.

  • Maximum available items per booking: Enter the maximum number of the available add-on items that can be selected per booking.

  • Price Calculation: In case of multiple sessions, select the appropriate price calculation model for the add-on, which will be applied on the 2nd stage of the booking process:

    • Total price for all sessions: The price is calculated according to the number of sessions booked.
Example: If the price of an add-on is 10 Euro and 3 sessions have been booked, then the price applied is 30 Euro (i.e. the system automatically multiplies the cost by the number of sessions).

    • Price per session: The price is calculated according to the number of individual add-ons selected. Add-ons are selected regardless of the number of sessions.
Example: If the price of an add-on is 10 Euro and 3 sessions have been booked, the customer may select as many add-ons as the limit allows. Therefore, if two add-ons are selected (regardless of the number of sessions), the price applied is 20 Euro (10 Euro x 2 add-ons).
