Pricing (Rentals)

Refers to the creation of the pricing composition of the Rental.

Pricing values must be created in order to enable the product to be bookable.

Pricing selections appear during the booking process.

How to use

To create and add a new pricing to a product click on Add new.

Then, complete the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) (e.g. Associate with schedule/s, Pricing name etc.).

Associate with schedule/s*: Select the schedule(s) that applies to the particular price.

Pricing model*: Select the appropriate pricing model from the available options:

  1. Resource pricing: Price is calculated per quantity of resource.

    Note: Used only for Transfers and Rentals products.

  2. Add-on pricing: Price for an item or service within the rental that comes at an additional cost . In this case, you will also have to select the Add-on (or create a new one) and set the Maximum available items per booking.

    Example: a child seat

    • Add-on: Select the add-on item that will be linked to the particular pricing from the available options. Alternatively, create a new add-on item by selecting “Create New”.

      Note: A new add-on item can also be created from section More > Add-ons.

    • Maximum available items per booking: Enter the maximum number of the available add-on items that can be selected per booking.

Pricing name*: Enter the name of the pricing (e.g. Limo, Private Car, etc.). This is the name that will appear during the booking process.

Resource*: Select the resource that applies to the particular price.

Pricing type*: Select the appropriate Pricing type* from the available options.

  • Specific pricing: The cost for the rental is specific and can be entered in the Price field.

    Example: A rental for a set period costs 105 Euro.

Appearance in the widget:

  • After service pricing: The cost for the rental cannot be specified beforehand and will be defined after the rental is completed.

    Example: The final cost of the rental will be calculated based on the duration of the rental.

Appearance in the Widget:

  • Free of charge: There is no cost associated with the rental.

    Example: A rental included in a pre-paid package.

Appearance in the Widget:

Price*: Enter the actual monetary value.

Active: Activate or deactivate the pricing. In order for a pricing to appear on the widget it needs to be active.

Note: This functionality allows prices that are temporarily unnecessary to be deactivated and not appear in the booking process.

Order: Enter the order in which you want the pricing options to appear.

Pricing Information: Complete if extra information is needed for the pricing.

Note: For internal use only-not shown on widget.


You can preview the product at any point, using the Preview button.


Once you have configured Pricing, you can move on to Content & Media.
