A range of actions can be performed within the itinerary to enhance booking management and improve the guest experience. These actions enable users to efficiently handle reservations, communicate with guests, and access essential documents.
Below are the specific actions available within the itinerary:
Book for Itinerary
When creating an itinerary always use the BOOK FOR ITINERARY button in order to make a booking. Due to the fact that the booking is being made within the specific itinerary, the booking itself is already validated with the specific customer details. This means that the customer's details will be automatically populated in the Checkout step, and once completed, the booking will be connected automatically to the specific Customer and Itinerary.
Send Guest App
The Guest App link can be sent by email to the trip leader by clicking the corresponding button.

Copy Guest App Link
The Guest App link can be copied (for external use) by clicking the corresponding button.

Send Payment Link
If needed, the payment link for processing payment for all bookings associated with the specific itinerary can be emailed to the trip leader by clicking the corresponding button within the itinerary.
Alternatively, the payment link can also be sent using the Actions button available in the Itineraries table next to each specific itinerary.
The email notification received by the trip leader will have a Pay Now indication. By clicking on Pay Now, the customer is redirected to the Checkout page of the Guest app in order to complete the payment.
Important note:
The payment link of an itinerary applies to all the bookings associated with that specific itinerary.

Click the Download PDF button to obtain the itinerary in the required PDF format.

Preview Guest App
Click the Preview Guest App button to view the Guest App as it will be presented/visible to the Customer. The Guest App is an online presentation of the customer's itinerary including proposed and booked experiences/services.
