Viewing booking details and performing actions directly within an individual booking provides greater context and control when managing reservations.
Keeping all relevant information in one place helps reduce errors, streamline decision-making, and support more accurate customer interactions while minimizing the need to navigate between different sections of the platform.
Access booking information
Select a booking to access detailed information, including:
Booking Details
Payments
Audit History
A. Booking Details
The Booking Details section contains customer information, booking information, participant details and ticket information (if applicable).
1. Customer Details
This section displays information about the Trip Leader, including:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Nationality
Important:
Changes made to these fields update both the booking and the customer profile in the Customers section.
Available actions
Edit customer details - Update the Trip Leader's information.
Assign another customer - Associate a different customer profile with the booking.
2. Booking Information
This section contains:
Payment Method
Attachments
Customer Notes
Internal Notes
Notes:
3. Participant Information
This section is available when Participant Fields have been configured for the booked product.
It displays information collected during the booking process for all participants, including the Trip Leader if included in the booking.
Participant information for travelers other than the Trip Leader can be updated by selecting Edit Traveller.

4. Tickets
If the booked product uses the Tickets feature, this section displays ticket-related information, including:
Booking date and time
Ticket ID
Check-in status
B. Payments
The Payments section displays all payment activity associated with the booking.
This includes:
Online payments completed through the booking widget
Online payments completed through the Guest App
Manually recorded payments
Processed refunds
Additional payment details, such as payment IDs and related transactions, are also available.
Available actions
Refund – Process a refund for eligible payments.
Add manual payment – Record a payment received outside the platform.
C. Audit
The Audit section provides a chronological record of activity related to the booking.
For each action, the audit log displays:
The action or change that was made
The date and time of the action or change
The individual who made the action or change (customer or back-office user)
Note:
Changes made through email notifications are not recorded in the Audit section.
Booking-level actions
The following actions are available from the top section of the booking page and apply to the booking as a whole.
Update bookings statuses
Update the status of all sessions associated with the booking.
Notifications can also be sent to:
The customer
The business and/or supplier
To send notifications, select the relevant options in the Send Notifications To section before saving the update.
Resend confirmation emails
Resend booking confirmation emails to the customer or/and the Business.
Send Payment Link
Generate and send a payment link for the booking.
Download PDF
Download a PDF version of the booking details.
Associate an existing stay/ itinerary to the booking.
