An emergency contact is a person not traveling with the group who can be contacted in the event of a serious emergency. This feature is optional and can be utilized based on the way each company operates.
To add an emergency contact to the itinerary, click on ADD NEW and fill in the required information (first name, last name, email and phone).
Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
Click SAVE AND CLOSE once done.
The added emergency contact can be edited by clicking on the Edit Emergency Contact button.
To continue working on the itinerary, proceed to Management.
