I cannot find a product on my account

This article describes the possible reasons why a product(s) may not be visible to a specific user.

1. The product does not belong to the categories you have access to, or it is not included in any category.

As a user, you may be restricted from viewing specific categories. Please ask your system administrator within your organization to take a look at the below possible solutions:

  • Visit the user's profile from the Users section and check the product categories the user has access to. If required, the product category can be added to be accessed by the specific user (more information on this can be found here).

  • Visit the product's setup page and check the associated categories. Proceed to associate the product with the required category, as shown below:

2. The product belongs to a different business

The product is logged and belongs to another Business which you do not have access to.

In this case, please contact the system administrator within your organization and ask them to share this product with your account.

3. The product is not on your current view

The product is not associated with the business you are currently viewing.

  • If you have access to the Master Account feature, click on the account name at the top left -hand corner and select to view all the accounts you have access to.

Make sure that you have selected the account(s) that you want to have access to and then save your selection.

  • If you do not have access to the Master Account feature, you can switch to the relevant business account where the product is set up by clicking on your user icon and selecting Switch Business.

4. The product does not exist

The product you are searching for does not exist.

In this case contact the department/person within your organization that is responsible for the creation of content in Triparound.
