How do I know who created/edited a booking?

Want to find out who created or edited a booking? Here is where this information can be found.

Updated over a month ago

Information about who created or edited a booking can be found in the Bookings section, located in the left-hand menu - either in the "Created By" column of the Bookings table or in the Audit section of a specific booking.

1. Bookings Table > Created By column

In the Bookings table, the Created by column shows which user created each booking.

Note:

If the Created By column is not visible in the Bookings table, it can be added using the cog icon on the right side of the table. Click here to find out how to add it as a column option.

To view bookings created by specific users, the Created by filter can be used. Multiple users can be added to this filter, and the table will show all bookings made by the specified users.

Notes:

  • The Created By column indicates the User (Business user or supplier-if applicable) who made the specific booking and applies only to back-office bookings.

  • If an Online booking is made directly by the customer, the Created By column will remain empty.

2. Audit section

The Audit section within a booking shows updates made to a specific booking in chronological order, while also indicating the individual (either a back-office user or a customer) who created the booking or made each change.

Note:

The Audit section is not updated if a booking is edited through email notifications.
