The Bookings Report offers a comprehensive and interactive view of the business booking performance over a selected period. It consolidates key booking insights, highlights trends and provides analytical tools to help teams evaluate performance across booking channels, products, categories, nationalities and booking statuses.

Adjusting the Report View

By default, the report displays data for the current month and includes bookings with the following statuses:

  • Confirmed

  • Arrived - Confirmed

  • No Show - Confirmed

  • Closed

All results are based on the Execution Date of the bookings.

The time frame can be adjusted using the calendar located at the top right-hand side of the page.

For more granular filtering, click the three dots next to the calendar to access Advanced Search options. After selecting the preferred filters, click Search to update the report.

Data Overview

1. Summary Metrics

The upper section of the report presents essential figures for the selected period, providing a quick overview of booking activity. These summary metrics include:

  • Completed and not cancelled bookings – The number of bookings that were successfully completed and not cancelled during the selected period.

  • Unique customers - The count of individual customers who made at least one booking in the selected period, with each customer counted only once.

  • Participants - The total number of people taking part in booked activities or services, including all individuals within group bookings.

  • Booked products - The number of distinct products (experiences, restaurants, transfers, rentals or services) that were booked during the selected period.

These indicators offer an immediate understanding of booking performance at a glance.

Note:

Data for Completed and not cancelled bookings, Unique Customers, Participants, Booked products, Online bookings and Offline bookings can be exported to Excel using the corresponding export button.

2. Performance Snapshot

The Performance Snapshot highlights the distribution between online and offline bookings. A graphical representation is also available, displaying total bookings for each month within the selected period - typically illustrated as a column bar chart.

This section helps users quickly assess booking channel contribution and performance shifts over time.

3. Pie Charts

To provide deeper insight, the report includes a series of pie charts illustrating booking distribution across key dimensions:

  • Bookings per Product

  • Bookings per Category

  • Bookings per Nationality

  • Bookings per Status

These charts help identify top-performing products, customer demographics and booking behavior patterns.

Notes:

  • All pie chart data can also be viewed in a table format by clicking the relevant button.

  • Click Export to excel to download the data behind any chart.
