Why can't I log into my Triparound account?

Learn the possible reasons why you may be unable to log into your Triparound account and how to resolve them.

1. The Triparound invitation link has expired

The link included in the invitation email sent to gain access to your Triparound account expires after two days.

Contact the department/person in your organization responsible for user management to request a new invitation.


2. The email used to log into the platform is not correct

To log into the platform, you must use the same email address that received the Triparound invitation.


3. The password used to log into the platform is not correct

If your password is incorrect you will not be able to access your account.

In this case use the "Forgot password?" option to reset your password.


4. There is no role assigned to the user

Each user must have a role assigned that defines their access rights within the platform.

Contact the department/person in your organization responsible for user management to assign you a role.


5. The user has access to multiple accounts with different roles in each, or has been assigned a custom role

If you have access to multiple Triparound accounts, you must have the same role across all of them.

Custom roles created by the Business are unique to each account. Even if two roles have identical permissions, they are considered different because they are associated with different IDs.

Contact the department/person in your organization responsible for user management to assign you the proper role.


6. The user has been disabled

Your user status must be active to access the Triparound platform.

Contact the department/person within your organization responsible for user management to reactivate your account status.
