Clicking on a particular booking allows user to access information pertaining to the specific booking, such as Booking Details, Payments and Audit.
1. Booking Details
This section includes the Customer Details, Booking Information, Participant Information and Tickets.
Customer Details
This section includes information of the Trip Leader such as the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone and Nationality. This information can be edited - changes on any of these fields will update the specific booking and the Customer profile in the Customers section.
Booking Information
This section includes information on the Payment Method associated to the specific booking, while it also displays the Attachments, the Customer Notes and the Internal Notes.
Information included in these fields can be edited - Attachments are displayed in the customer's Guest App, while Customer Notes are displayed in the notification email and the Guest App as well.
Participant Information
This section is populated if the booking made refers to a product for which Participant Fields have been used and displays the information captured during the booking process through the Participant Fields. If the Trip Leader is one of the booking's participants, this section includes information on them as well.
Information of the additional participants (not including the Trip Leader) can be edited by clicking on the Edit Traveller button.

Tickets
If the booking made refers to a product for which the Tickets feature has been activated, this section includes information on the tickets related to the specific booking, such as the booking date and time, Ticket ID and Check-in status.
2. Payments
This section displays information pertaining to the online payments (completed through the widget during the online booking process or through the Guest App) associated with the specific booking.
Payments recorded manually in Triparound, as well as completed Refunds may also be reviewed in this section.
An indicative list of the information displayed includes the ID number of the payment, the transactions associated with the specific payment etc.
Additionally, two actions may be performed through this section - Refund and Add manual payment. To do so, click the respective buttons.
3. Audit
The Audit section within a booking shows updates made to a specific booking in chronological order, while also indicating the individual (either a back-office user or a customer) who created the booking or made each change.
Note:
The Audit section is not updated if a booking is edited through email notifications.
