Organizations with multiple businesses can streamline product management using flexible tools that either duplicate products for independent use or share them with centralized control.
1. Copy to Business
Use this when each Business needs its own independent version of a product.
Example
Multiple hotels offer the same service (e.g. airport transfer), but each manages its own pricing and availability.
How it works
Go to Products and select a product
Click Actions > Copy to business
Alternatively, use the option within the product.
Select the target Business and confirm
Result
An identical product is created with full editing rights.
All settings (schedules, availability, pricing, etc.) can be configured independently.
The receiving Business becomes the Product owner, as indicated in the relevant column in the Products table.
Changes do not sync between copies - updates in one version do not affect the other.
Each business operates its own version of the product:
Products: Fully independent per business
Bookings: Recorded only in the business where they are made (via dashboard or widgets)
Customers: Created only in that same Business
Reports: Include only that Business’s bookings
2. Share to Business
Use this when essential product settings should remain consistent across Businesses.
Example
A spa service is offered across multiple hotels, with availability managed by one property.
How it works
Go to Products and select a product
Click Actions > Share to business
Alternatively, use the option within the product.
Select the target Business and confirm
Result
Product is shared with limited editing rights, meaning only specific fields can be edited (e.g. product name, content & media).
Core settings such as Operators, Resources, Schedules and Pricing remain controlled by the original business that created the product.
The original Business remains the Product owner.
Product ownership and sharing are clearly indicated in the Products table.
Changes to the original product sync across all Businesses.
Operationally:
Products: availability, pricing and core configuration remain centralized
Bookings: Recorded in the business where they are made
Customers: Created in that business
Reports: Reflect only that Business’s bookings
Note:
For greater flexibility in the shared product’s availability and pricing, enable “Allow overrides for schedules & prices” to create custom settings for these elements. This enables the receiving Business to set its own pricing and availability while maintaining the same product structure.

3. Sharing of products by suppliers
Suppliers can create products in their own dashboard and share them with multiple Businesses.
Key points
Supplier is the product owner
Updates sync automatically across all Businesses
Businesses have limited editing rights

Notes:
All copied or shared products appear as Offline by default.
Consider using the Master Account feature for easier multi-account management.
