When managing bookings, it is common to encounter situations where a customer’s details need to be updated - it could be a simple typo, a change in contact information or a more significant correction. An accurate customer database is essential for delivering reliable service, maintaining clear communication and building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Triparound covers this need by enabling users edit a Customer's profile.
How it works
There are two options to edit a Customer's profile:
Edit Info functionality within the Customer profile
Edit Customer functionality within a specific booking
Edit Info functionality
To edit a Customer profile using the Edit Info functionality, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Customers section on the Triparound dashboard.
Step 2: Locate a specific Customer and enter their profile by clicking on their Full Name.
Step 3: Navigate to the Edit Info tab, apply the required changes and SAVE.
Important:
Any changes will apply across all bookings linked to the specific Customer profile.
Edit Customer functionality
To edit a Customer profile using the Edit Customer functionality, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Bookings section on the Triparound dashboard.
Step 2: Locate a specific booking and enter this by clicking on the Product name.
Step 3: Navigate to Booking Details > Customer Details and click Edit Customer.
Step 4: In the pop-up window, apply the required changes and SAVE.
Important:
Any changes will apply to the specific Customer profile and all bookings linked to this.
