Exposing resources during the booking process allows customers or back-office users to choose their preferred resource, creating a more personalized and transparent experience. At the same time, this functionality helps Businesses allocate resources more efficiently and capture more accurate booking data.

The Expose Resources functionality is available only in Experiences.
How to set it up
Step 1: Log resources for a specific product
In the Fundamentals tab of a specific product, configure About and Operators if required, then continue to the Resources section.

Step 2: Set the schedule with dependencies per resource
In the Fundamentals tab of the specific product, create the product Schedule and in the Limitation & Dependencies field of the schedule, select the Dependencies per resource option.

Step 3: Set the Pricing
In the Fundamentals tab of the specific product, create the Pricing. This pricing needs to be associated with the schedule created on step 2 and with the respective resource(s).
In the Pricing model field select the Price per quantity option, complete the remaining fields as required and SAVE.
Step 4: Activate the Expose Resources functionality
Navigate to the Settings & Policies > Bookings section of the specific product, activate the Expose Resources functionality and SAVE.

Once the Expose Resources functionality is enabled, resources are exposed and displayed as shown below:
